FYHO (fyeho) studio is an independent designer home-ware brand. A concept brought to life by two creatives. Focusing on craft and design with purpose. We create objects with tactile idiosyncrasy and aesthetic charm. One of our main focuses is to manufacture in-house to keep our ecological footprint as low as possible, naturally, all our 3d printed products are printed in eco-friendly PLA. When providing pot measurements we provide the mouth opening diameter, not the pot external diameter. For example: Geo Pot 80mm - this would mean that the pot mouth opening diameter is 80mm internal measurement.

Usage Advice

Our pots are designed to be used with potting compounds and we recommend something absorbant like coya to line pots, before filling with you potting compound of choice. We would not recommend using our pots like vases and filling with water as print strata may seep.

Photos & Colours

It's hard to reproduce exact shades and hues under electric light. Every care has been made to ensure that the description and specifications of our products are correct and that the representation of colour is as accurate as the production and photographic process allow.
However we are not to be held responsible for any variation in colour caused by the browser software, mobile phone or computer system used by the customer.


Due to the nature of 3D printing all printed products will show varying degrees of strata, we have spent months tuning our printers and process to balance time and efficiency against achieving a quality we are happy with, we enjoy the aesthetic and its why we are excited to share our products with you! Some pieces may require hand finishing so there may on occasion be evidence of that too.  

Return & Exchange Policy

Its important to carefully consider your purchase prior to ordering and we will always try our best to ensure you select the correct product. However, under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days and then 14 days to return your goods. If the product is used then a concrete evaluation of the actual value and whether it can be resold to another buyer must be processed. Any potential devaluation of value is not returned to the buyer. Payment of postage for the return of the item is your responsibility and you must inform us in advance of returning any items for a reference and instructions.

Please wrap and pack very carefully to be sure your returned items are not damaged during shipping as we cannot accept returns on broken items.


Something wrong with your product?
If an item arrives damaged we will endeavour to refund or replace. If an item becomes damaged due to miss-use or misshandling we cannot offer a full replacement or refund but please contact us and we will endeavour to help however we can.

How soon should I file a complaint?
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two weeks after the defect is discovered, the claim is within “reasonable time”. We will refund reasonable costs. If the complaint is justified we will refund your reasonable costs.

We need the following information when returning items to us: When you return the product, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible, ideally a photograph. 

Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, as we cannot accept returns on broken items and remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Pricing & Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. 

The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.


We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched.

Privacy & Cookies

Our web provider uses the information we collect about you to process orders and provide a better service. We never sell or disclose any customer information to third parties and we do not store your credit card details. We may send emails from time to time with product news and events but if you’re not happy receiving them, let us know and we’ll remove you from our mailing list.

Governed Law

FYHO™© Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
